Local ideas. Real impact on Valencia. Backed by the World Economic Forum.
We are a volunteer-run hub of young people turning Valencia's most pressing challenges into projects that work — connected to a network of hubs the World Economic Forum supports in over 150 countries.
A civic engine run by Valencia's own young people
The Valencia Hub is part of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum bringing together people aged 18–27 who are already active in their cities. Every member volunteers their time alongside their studies or job.
We choose local problems — housing, climate, mobility, education — and design projects with the people affected by them, using the training, network, and visibility the global community provides.
Volunteer-run
No one draws a salary. Every hour comes from members' own time.
Youth-led
Every Shaper is between 18 and 27 and leads their own projects.
Local impact
Projects are designed with and for Valencia's neighbourhoods.
Global network
Backed by hubs and resources in over 150 countries.
One thread, from Geneva to your street
The Valencia Hub is an officially recognised chapter of the Global Shapers Community, the World Economic Forum's youth initiative. That affiliation gives us training, funding opportunities, and a seat at conversations that shape global policy — which we bring straight back to Valencia.
